The Sr. Tax/Treasury Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of federal, state and foreign tax work papers for a number of companies in the consolidated group; tax research and projections; involvement in the annual and monthly tax provisions, quarterly estimated tax payments and tax extensions; assistance with tax audits and other critical tax issues.
This position requires 4-6 years of tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 accounting firm and private industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required. CPA license is a plus. MBT or MBA a plus.
• Tax experience should include broad exposure to general tax and accounting principles; knowledge of consolidated returns and multi-state taxes; solid research skills; and experience with book tax provisions.
• Experience with SAP accounting systems and Corp tax software is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with foreign taxation issues a plus but not required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
